In 2013 I attended a seminar at TCCTC taught by SEAPC Founder, Author and Missionary Mark Geppert. During the class he shared a story about visiting his grandson at Christmas and how his son and D.I.L. had put a nativity set in his grandson’s “Busy Town.”

Mark went on to share about the importance of keeping “Christ” as the center of Christmas. As we model Jesus in front of our children and grandchildren this will help build a rock solid foundation in their lives.

It didn’t take long for His grandson to follow in both his parents and grandparents faith. Mark shared, “Tears welled up in my eyes as I watched my grandson take the different characters in Busy Town around and introduce them to baby Jesus. He would introduce them and then each character would bow down in worship.”

Mark waited patiently to see if his grandson would make the rather tall “Lowly” bow down before Jesus. Well, to Mark’s pleasure… sure enough, there was Lowly the Worm bowing down to Baby Jesus!

Wouldn’t it be awesome to see a nativity set included in all of our children’s toy sets? I believe this could go viral!

As a mother and grandmother I am blessed to hear my children introduce their little ones to Jesus. Jesus loves us so very much. He wants the world to know He is with us all the time, morning, noon and night.

You are more valuable than you will ever know or understand. Unconditional love, freedom and mercy is within your reach and beyond your wildest dreams!
