Beverly Lemoine, Founder of Come as You Are Ministry and myself travelled to Mwanza, Tanzania to bring a disciple building retreat to over 150 women.

We were both overwhelmed at what the Lord did in our meetings in the hearts of the attendees and also in our own hearts.

Abide International Missionaries Glen & Denise Ellerbe hosted us in their home, and one of the local pastors who has an annual women’s conference hosted us the second week in his church.

One of the women pastors from All for Jesus Ministries came all the way (a two day journey) from Rwanda and was ministered to, encouraged in the Lord, returned to an unreached people group known as the Twa people where she and her husband are pastors.

Most all of the women in the group work with women, children and others who are considered impoverished, vulnerable people groups and in areas where they are often times in danger of being persecuted. Please pray for these women leaders who are out sharing the gospel and whom are making disciples daily!

What you will be sharing….

We will learn together about the importance of each of the following 5 main topics; 1) why you were made in God’s image, 2) repentance, prayer & redemption, 3) daily Bible reading, study and being obedient, 4) learning the person of the Holy Spirit (in real time), as well as 5) how to practice God’s command to rest.

The PowWows are designed to bond one another together in the fellowship, love and time of crafting, and ministry together.
