Your Table Is Prepared in the Presence of Your Enemies
Prophetic Word

This was the vision:

I saw two mountains, one on the left and the other on the right. The left one represented fear and the right one doubt. I could hear the voice of Jesus calling me, urging me on as I was walking through this very dark and scary place. It was so dark that I couldn’t see anything and there were no stars in the sky. I knew I couldn’t turn back.

As I kept walking very slowly so as to not fall, I could hear the voice of Jesus pleading with me, saying,

“PRESS IN! PRESS IN!” Then my eyes focused and ahead I could see a very dim light and as I drew closer it got exceedingly bright. Then, suddenly I saw Him… exactly as He is described in Revelation 1:14. His eyes were on fire and His feet were shining like brass. He was wearing a white robe and He was calling me with a voice that brought peace to the valley, and courage to press on.

He said, “My daughter, Come in, Come In, PRESS IN!  The fear was there, the doubt was there, but I am here, PRESS IN!” 

Then with great power that exploded inside my body, He said, “I have before you; the table it is prepared!” As I looked there was a banquet table set between those mountains or enemies of fear and doubt. In the middle was also a beautifully engraved golden lamp.  It was bright, and burning. It lit up the entire valley with a soft glow. On each side of the table was an olive tree. (A branch was coming out of the two olive trees feeding the lamp with pure olive oil.)  

I said, “Lord what are you trying to show me?”

(I had learned later how the olive trees were used in building the tabernacle and the pure olive oil was used in the lamp in the most Holy Place.  It represented the presence of God. The priests kept the temple lamps continually burning. Zechariah had also had a vision of this that I had never read.)

Jesus said, “This is what my anointing will do, this is what my fire will do (keep us burning continually and forever…)

“Just PRESS IN TO ME – keep your eyes on ME, Don’t look to the left, don’t look to the right, but PRESS IN! PRESS IN!

At that time all I could see were the olive trees, the lamp and the table and the instruments that the priests used for sacrifices to the Lord, this represented the old way to God’s presence.  Before this vision I had never seen, read or knew about any of these things.

The Lord showed me in His Word the filigree on the lamps and the candle stands and He said, “I have a plan for you my child.  I have a pattern that I have designed for you like I gave to Moses and Aaron. I gave them every intricate part, the design, the knops, the candlesticks.  I gave them instructions for every part of it.  It was a blueprint for them to follow. You need to be strong in Me and I will show you the path to walk.  I will give you the road to follow.  But don’t look to the left, don’t look to the right.”

Then today as I was praising and worshipping the Lord I saw this table again. It was still sitting in the valley of the shadow of death and was still laid before me in the presence of my enemies and the mountains of fear and doubt were still there. But, they no longer held the power they once did, and the valley was no longer dark and scary.

I was immediately standing at the table looking for my place at the table. There were many chairs at the table, and they went on forever and forever.

The first time all I saw on the table it was set with only the lamp and the instruments.  But today, The Lord showed me very beautiful and fine china plates set before the chairs with individual place settings.The table was prepared with the china, cutlery, and everything needed to dine. It was a table in-waiting longing for each of us to come.  Each place setting was different. The Lord spoke to my spirit, “You’ve been broken and I’ve allowed it, preparing you for this day; not to destroy you but to refine you.”  A clay pot, when it breaks, it breaks into large pieces.  A clay pot is not as refined as “fine china.” What do you make fine china with? You make it with fine sand. How do you get fine sand? It is broken down from rocks over time, by the weather, the rains, crushing and pounding upon it until it is made into a fine powder. “

Then, The Lord said, “I am preparing you as a vessel of honor, glory and power.  And you will move by My Spirit the more I break you. The finer the powder the finer the china that will be laid in the presence of your enemies.  And when I see you on that feast day, you will be seated as my vessels of power, honor and glory at that table.” 

He says, “I will have that plate set and it will be fashioned into the pattern I have designed for you.

“Each one of us has our own unique pattern.  One day we will all look down into that plate which will be set in the presence of our enemies and we will see a reflection when we look down at the place setting on that table.  We will look down and see the reflection of Jesus in us and Him as He truly really is!”

His name will be written on our foreheads and we will be with molded into who He desired for us to be from the beginning.

God has given me a burden to pray with others who are seeking to catch the VISION God has for them!  He has a plan and the pattern for your life waiting for you to dive into! 

His rod and His staff comforts you and He has a table prepared for you in the presence of your enemies.  He wants to anoint your head with His goodness and mercy so that it is overflowing in your life.  He desires a church, His Bride to be a light burning on a hill for the world to see! 
Catch the vision, catch the fire and ask God to set you on that holy hill.  He will!

The Valley of the Shadow of Death

The Kidron Valley

KIDRON (Heb. קִדְרוֹן), valley to the N. and E. of Jerusalem, separating the city from the Mount of Olives. The name derived from the root kdr (“dark,” “shady”), refers to its depth. The valley begins near the Sanhedria saddle, northwest of Jerusalem, at a height of 2,585 ft. (788 m.), close to the watershed. It continues eastward for about 1½ mi. (2½ km.) as Naḥal Egozim (Wadi Jauz). At a height of 2,346 ft. (715 m.) the valley turns south. Several valleys converge with the Kidron as it runs southward: the Bethzeita Valley, which traverses the northeast corner of the Old City, at 2,260 ft. (686 m.) from the west; the Tyropoeon Valley, which bisects the Old City, at 2,035 ft. (617 m.); the Ben-Hinnom Valley, which passes the Old City on the west, at 2,000 ft. (606 m.). The Kidron then continues in a southeasterly direction, the banks becoming steeper and more craggy. It passes the monastery of Mar Saba and issues into the Dead Sea 2 mi. (c. 3 km.) south of Ra’s al-Fashkha.

The great importance of the Kidron for Jerusalem lies in the fact that it and its confluents determined the orographical shape of the area on which the city was built. The valley protected the City of David and its northern continuation, the Temple Mount, on the east. The Gihon, Jerusalem’s only spring, issued from its west slope. Only toward the end of the Second Temple period, when Agrippa I built the Third Wall there, was the westward bend of the Kidron utilized for protection of the city. Situated on the leeward side of the city and presenting rock surfaces suitable for the cutting of tomb caves, the valley served from early times as a necropolis of Jerusalem, the early tombs culminating in the magnificent rock-cut monuments along the eastern slope.

The first biblical reference to the “brook” Kidron occurs in connection with David’s flight before Absalom (II Sam. 15:23). In the time of the divided monarchy, the reforming kings of Judah, Asa, Hezekiah, and Josiah, cast away and burnt the various idols which defiled Jerusalem there (I Kings 15:13; II Kings 23:4, 6, 12; II Chron. 15:16; 29:16). Jeremiah included the Kidron within the area holy to the Lord (31:39–40). In later times the central part of the valley was called the Valley of Jehoshaphat and was assumed to be the place where the dead were resurrected. In this legend, as adapted by the Muslims, all men had to cross the valley on a sword suspended over it.
